  • What constitutes a Virtual Assistant (VA)?
    A Virtual Assistant (VA) is an entrepreneur with administrative experience and specialisation in specific areas such as Executive and Personal Assistance, Event Management, Social Media, Marketing, HR, and Recruitment. Typically, VAs offer their services remotely from a home office. Virtual Assistants originate from diverse business background, yet it is imperative that your selected VA possesses substantial experience acquired in traditional, non-virtual business environments. They maintain their own Australian Business Number (ABN) and insurance coverage, often collaborating with multiple clients concurrently.
  • What factors should you consider when evaluating a VA?
    Your virtual assistant (VA) should possess a strong background in the specific service you require (for instance, if you seek, executive support, prior experience as an EA is crucial.) Excellent communication abilities Proactive and adept at finding solutions Reliable go-to individual Capacity to adapt and align with your business needs Skilled at troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • What are the payment methods for a VA?
    Virtual Assistants (Vas) operate as independent business proprietors and, akin to other entrepreneurs, they must regularly send invoices to their clients. For instance, MP Virtual Assistance issues invoices to clients every two weeks on Thursdays. In Australia, payments are commonly facilitated through one of the subsequent methods: Direct Bank Transfer Credit Card Payment PayPal payment
  • Offshore virtual assistants offer support to Australian businesses, yet they cannot rival VAs based in Australia and New Zealand.
    Australia and New Zealand VAs consist of experienced Executive Assistants (EAs), Personal Assistants (PAs), and administrative professionals who possess a deep understanding of the Australian and New Zealand markets.     Yes, prior to commencing work and following 1-2 discussions regarding the type of service(s) to be delivered, an agreement is formulated. This agreement will encompass: Description of services to be provided Agreed upon hourly rate or package rate Payment terms Procedure for terminating the agreement

  • Do we provide office space and meeting rooms?
    I lack a dedicated commercial space to host meetings or establish an office for clients on certain days throughout the year. Wotso provides excellent solutions with flexible desk spaces for casual use, office suites for one or more individuals, and impressive meetings rooms catering to small to large gatherings and events. Wotso offices are conveniently situated across various locations though out all states of Australia.
  • What is the process for sharing files?
    Google Drive and Dropbox are used to share files.
  • What is the procedure for sharing logins and passwords?
    We use Dashlane for all logins and password sharing.
